3. Additional Scope
Any work beyond the agreed scope will be treated as an additional requirement and will be charged separately upon mutual agreement.
4. Performance Clause
While we focus on ROI-driven execution, outcomes such as leads, conversions, and revenue are influenced by multiple external factors. Therefore, results are not guaranteed unless explicitly committed under a defined plan.
5. Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party platforms (ads, CRM tools, automation tools). Upalabdhi21 is not responsible for changes, downtimes, or policy updates on these platforms.
6. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays may result in service pause or termination.
7. Usage & Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to use project work, case studies, and performance metrics for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
All client data and business information will be treated as strictly confidential.
