Refund Policy
1. No Refund After Service Start
Once the project or service has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.
2. Pre-Onboarding Cancellation
If cancellation occurs before project initiation, a partial refund may be processed after deducting onboarding and administrative charges.
3. Work in Progress
No refunds will be issued for services already in progress or completed.
4. Performance-Based Services
For services like lead generation and ad campaigns, refunds are not applicable due to dependency on external variables.
5. Exceptions
Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Upalabdhi21 and must be documented in writing.
